Polar bears don’t hibernate, your abs shouldn’t either!

The Polar Plunge is January 19th, the perfect reason to stick to your food and exercise routine through the holidays.

To get those abs Polar Bear ready, Green Events has a challenge for you. The Polar Bear Ab Challenge. The challenge started November 1st, don’t feel like you are late to the game, a few of us have already missed more days than we care to count, you still have time to catch up.

Each day of the month you will do the workout for the day. After you complete it, mark it off in your calendar, a notebook, or your workout journal to keep track. By the end of November, you could have abs of steal, ready to plunge with confidence.

Here are a few more tips to get those abs ready for their big debut.

  • Drink water throughout the day
  • Eat enough protein to help build lean muscle and burn fat
  • Eat post -workout carbs
  • Eliminate refined sugar and white flour. Instead eat whole grains and foods that don’t have added sugar
  • Eat breakfast and you’re more likely to stick to a smaller portion throughout the day.
